View Your Account Balance and Refund Reserve in BlueSnap
This article explains how to view your Account Balance and your Refund Reserve amount in the BlueSnap portal.
Before you start
If you already have a BlueSnap login, you can follow the steps below.

If you do not have a BlueSnap login:
If you are a Clientbook Admin, email support@clientbook.com to request access.
If you are not a Clientbook Admin, please ask a Clientbook Admin on your team to email support@clientbook.com and request BlueSnap access for you.
Check your BlueSnap Account Balance
Log in to your BlueSnap portal.
Go to Dashboard.

Look for Account Balance.
If the Account Balance area is blank, this means your balance is $0.00.
Check your Refund Reserve amount
In BlueSnap, select Settings (top right).
Choose Payout Method.
Scroll to Bank Accounts Details.
Find the field labeled Refunds Reserve. This is the amount currently set for your refund reserve.
Need to update your Refund Reserve?
