Whenever you send a payment request, you can easily track your client’s activity and payment status. This information is accessible across all platforms on the Today page and within the client’s message thread.
Inbox
In the message thread with your client, every update to the payment request will appear as a "note." This makes it easy for you and your associates to quickly view and reference updates.
Today Page
Dashboard (Desktop):
- Navigate to the Today Page on your dashboard and scroll to the very bottom to locate your recent payment requests.
- To view older activity, click the View All Payments button.
- On this page, you’ll see a detailed history of every action taken on the payment requests you’ve sent.
Mobile:
- Open the Today Page and find the Payment Requests section on the left side.
- Tap the View All button.
- Here, you can view recent activity on your payment requests and use filters to search for specific statuses.
