If a client pays through a different method after receiving a Clientbook payment link — for example, in-store via your point-of-sale system or with cash — you can manually mark the Clientbook payment link as paid.

- Navigate to the Today page on the dashboard and scroll to the bottom. There, you’ll find a list of payment activities where you can update the status of the payment request.
- Next, click on the client name to open the payment activity details page.
- Hit the "Mark as Paid" button.
