Understanding the Payment Request Report
The Payment Request Report provides insights on how many payment request links your team is sending out and compares it to how many of those links are being paid.
This tool is essential for managing and tracking your payment activity efficiently.

- At the top right-hand side of the report, you have two export options:
- Export Payment Links: Download a detailed list of all payment links sent.
- Export Bank Transactions: Generate a report of all transactions processed through Clientbook Payments.

- View a detailed list of every payment request sent
- Date Sent: When the payment request was issued.
- Client Name: Who the payment request was sent to.
- Amount Requested: The value of the payment link.
- Status: Current request status (pending, completed, or canceled)

How to Access and Use the Payment Request Report
- Navigate to the Payments section in your Clientbook dashboard.
- Click on Payment Request Report.
- Use the export options at the top right-hand side for detailed reporting.
- Apply filters as needed to view specific data.
- Review the report to monitor the status of your payment requests and transactions.
