The Automations Report offers a comprehensive overview of automated activities generated by Clientbook, including Smart Assistant tasks, Auto Messages, and Auto Reminders. This report provides insights into how automation supports your team and contributes to sales performance.
To customize the report to your needs, you can filter it by date range, associate, and automation type (Smart Assistant Activity, Auto Message, or Auto Reminder). These filters allow you to focus on the data most relevant to your goals.
The tiles at the top of the report break down each automation type. Related sales are calculated by applying a 14 day attribution window to transaction information :
Smart Assistant Activity
