-

- Related Activities: Identifies the total number of number of activities that have contributed to sales over the selected time period. Additionally, this tile indicates the number of activity types that make up the number of related activities
- Sales Related to Clientbook: Using sales data from the Point of Sale integration, Clientbook reports the total sales it helped drive. For every customer who makes a purchase, a 14-day attribution window is applied to determine if there was a touchpoint with that customer within Clientbook prior to the transaction.
If a touchpoint—such as a message, reminder, or other Clientbook activity—occurred within the 14 days leading up to the purchase, we attribute that sale to the system. If no touchpoints happened in that timeframe, the sale is not considered as driven by our platform. This approach ensures a clear and accurate understanding of how Clientbook contributes to your sales performance.
-
Purchase Tracking: Scrolling past the graph, you can see every transaction that had a touchpoint in Clientbook including the Purchase Date, Client Name, and Purchase Amount. Clicking on the "+" on the left-hand side of the row will display the corresponding Clientbook activities, such as messages sent, reminders completed, or outreach efforts made by associates.
-
Timeline Insights: The report provides a chronological view of customer interactions throughout the 14 days prior to the sale, offering valuable context for each purchase.
