The New Clients Report offers valuable insights into the acquisition and early engagement of new customers. It tracks all new clients added to your system, such inbound messages from the Webchat, or entered manually by associates within Clientbook or your Point of Sale. This report also includes related purchases made by these new clients, helping you understand the immediate value generated from newly acquired customers.
Filter Options
You can filter the New Clients Report by associate, and source. The source filter allows you to analyze how new clients were added, with the following options:
- Webchat: Clients who reached out first or asked a question via webchat.
- Added Manually: Clients added to the system manually by an associate.
- Kiosk: Clients who were added through kiosk mode. Clients entered this way unique in that they opt-in to receive mass messaging when entering their information
These filters let you narrow the report down to specific channels or team members, providing deeper insights into client acquisition strategies. Adjusting the Date Range also enables you to access specific information over varying periods of time

New Clients Spreadsheet
The spreadsheet displays information on all customers added into Clientbook and corresponding information such as
- Added on: Date the customer profile was created
- Client: Name of the customer added
- Added by: Associate who created the account
- Source: How the customer profile was created
- Related Sales: Amount spent by the customer within 14 days of profile creation
