Payment Requests Report
The Payment Requests Report provides an overview of all payment links sent through Clientbook’s Text-to-Pay feature. This report tracks the status of each payment request, highlights payment trends, and offers tools to assist with bank transaction reconciliation. It’s an essential tool for monitoring payments and streamlining financial processes.
Requirements
This report is only available for Clientbook accounts that have the Text-to-Pay feature enabled. To get started with Clientbook Payments, you can find the application: Here
Filter Options
The Payment Requests Report allows you to filter data to meet your needs:
- Date Range: View payment requests sent within a specific time frame.
- Payment Status: Filter by the current status of requests, such as Sent, Paid, Cancelled, or Refunded.
- Associate: Focus on payment activity by individual team members.
Additionally, you can export payment data directly from this report:
- Payment Links: Export all payment request details for further analysis or sharing.
- Bank Transactions: Export bank transaction data to streamline reconciliation efforts.

- Provides a detailed list of all payment links sent, with columns for:
- Sent: When the payment link was created and sent to the client.
- Sent By: The associate responsible for sending the payment request.
- Client: The recipient of the payment link.
- Status: The current status of the request (e.g., Sent, Paid, Cancelled, Refunded).
- Paid: When the payment was successfully completed, if applicable.
- Account: The account to which the payment is linked.
- Amount: The dollar value of the payment request.
