Exporting Payment Data in Clientbook Payments
Exporting payment data in Clientbook is a powerful tool for tracking payment activity and reconciling your records. If you are looking to reconcile your payouts and report on transactions, you will use the Export Bank Transactions report. This report provides detailed information about payouts and the transactions included in each, making it ideal for financial reconciliation and reporting purposes.
Admin users can easily export two types of reports to review payment links and bank transactions.
How to Export Payment Data
- Navigate to the Reports section in your Clientbook dashboard under an Admin account.
- Navigate to the Payment Request Reports
- At the top right-hand corner, you will see two export options:
- Export Payment Links
- Export Bank Transactions
Export Payment Links
- What it includes:
- A detailed Excel file containing all payment links sent through Clientbook.
- Statuses of each link: Sent, Viewed, and Paid.
- How to use it:

Export Bank Transactions
