Overview
Have you noticed that sales triggers haven't been going off or that Clientbook seems to be missing data from your point-of-sale? Lightspeed automatically refreshes its security tokens on a regular basis and occasionally, these tokens can get out of sync, especially since Clientbook connects to multiple parts of your Lightspeed account for your integration, including products, sales, customers, and live inventory.
Why does this matter?
To keep your integration running smoothly and your data accurate and up-to-date, you may need to periodically log back into Lightspeed to re-authenticate your account.
How to Re-authenticate Lightspeed:
In your Clientbook dashboard, go to Setup > Integrations > Lightspeed.
Select Install to reconnect your account.
Follow the prompts to sign back in.
That’s it! Once re-authenticated, your data will sync as usual and stay up to date
