Clientbook makes managing customer feedback effortless with Google Review integration. This feature allows you to view and respond to Google Reviews directly from your Clientbook inbox, streamlining your communication and saving time.
How the Google Review Integration Works
When connected to your Google My Business account, Clientbook automatically pulls your Google Reviews into your inbox at regular intervals. From there, you can:
- View reviews, including the star rating and customer comments.
- Respond directly to reviews from within Clientbook. Your responses are posted to your Google My Business account.
- Use AI-powered suggestions to craft thoughtful responses tailored to each review.
Setting Up the Google Integration
To enable this integration:
- Go to Settings > Integrations in Clientbook.
- Select the Google option and sign in with your Google My Business account.
- Ensure the account used has administrative access.
- Map your Google account to the appropriate store(s) in Clientbook.
Once set up, reviews will automatically sync every 30 minutes. Multiple Google accounts can also be linked for businesses managing several brands or locations.
Streamline Review Responses
With Clientbook, you can reply to Google Reviews as easily as responding to a message. Reviews marked as replied will lock to prevent duplicate responses, ensuring consistency.
