How to Access Clientbook Reports
Clientbook Reports can be accessed by logging into the Clientbook dashboard and clicking on the "Reports" tab located in the navigation bar (Note: only Clientbook users with Manager or Admin Access can access reporting)
You will then be brought to the "Reports" page shown below where you can access the 8 reports found in Clientbook:
Different Clientbook Reports
Each report provides valuable insights to enhance your business operations. Use these reports to maintain accountability with associates, set more effective outreach goals, identify key touchpoints in the customer buying journey, measure the impact of automated & mass messages on revenue, and track the success of efforts to engage new clients. The reports can briefly be summarized as follows:
Sales

- Tracks purchases alongside related Clientbook activities (Messages, Wishlists, Automated touch points, etc.), providing a timeline of interactions leading up to each transaction
Automations

- Provides an overview of automated messages, reminders, and AI Insights, including sales associated with those touchpoints
Mass Messages

- Report of mass messages sent including size of the audience, number of delivered messages, and related sales
New Clients

- Details new client profiles along with their related purchases. Indicates how they were added into the system whether from inbound channels or manually by associates
Sales Opportunities

- Projects revenue and win rate in addition to the current sales pipeline. Includes touch points associated with each opportunity
Google Reviews

- Shows all Google Review Links sent and opened by store and associate. Includes a count of reviews received and average rating
Payment Requests

- Displays all payment links sent and their current status. Additionally, provides payment details and the ability to export bank transactions for reconciliation
Associate Performance

- Reports all associate activity including messages sent, reminders completed, and client activities performed
