Message Templates in Clientbook are used to simplify communication with customers on common topics. Easily reach out or respond to clients with pre-defined messages, or add message templates to automated reminders for sales triggers, opportunities, life events, and more. Message templates can be created by Admins, and Managers, through the Clientbook web dashboard. Managers can create templates for the stores they manage, while Admins have the authority to create templates across all stores.
Follow the steps below to create a template:
First, you can select the scope, meaning, where you want this template to appear. (The majority of the time it will be general and you will see that template whenever messaging anyone)
Second, you can name the template. This step makes it easier for the associate to find when swiping through their options.
(The last step, indicated by the arrow, allows you to select a specific store you'd like that template for. This will be for the multi-location retailers out there.)
Type out what you'd like that template to say, followed by Save.
