Keep yourself and your team on track with Reminders - the perfect solution for staying on top of follow-ups, events, and any other important tasks.
With our Auto Reminder feature, you can easily create automated reminders while configuring Sales Triggers, Sales Opportunities, Life Events, Client Activities, and Tags in the Dashboard. Once any of these automated events are performed by a client or sales associate, the assigned sales associate will receive an auto reminder in their profile. Follow the simple steps below to add Auto Reminders to each of these forms of automation and take the first step towards effortless organization.
Adding Auto Reminders to Tags
This article outlines how to add Auto Reminders to tags, but this same process can be applied to other forms of automation.

Click on the Automation tab located at the top of the screen.
Select which form of automation you would like to create. You can choose between Sales Triggers, Sales Opportunities, Life Events, Client Activities and Tags.

Search for the automation you want to add an Auto Reminder to. A section titled Automation will be listed underneath the settings.

Click on the + Reminder button located on the right side of the screen.

Create a name for your reminder.

Select how soon the associate should be reminded. Select whether or not you want the reminder to repeat.
6. Click on Save.
