How Can I Tell Who Sent a Message?

Identifying who sent a message to a client is simple! Here's how you can tell:

1. Messages Sent Directly by an Associate:

   • When an associate sends a message directly to a client, their name will appear above the message, like this:
     

   
   
   

2. Automated or Mass Messages:

   • If a message is sent as part of an automation or a mass marketing message, it will be labeled above the message, like this:
     

   
   
   

   • Note: Even if the assigned associate’s name is included in the message content, it will still be marked as an automated or mass message.

This labeling makes it easy for users to identify whether a client received:

• A direct message from an associate,

• An automated message, or

• A mass message sent to a larger audience.
