Yes, you can block a phone number from contacting your store within the Clientbook Dashboard.
To do so, first go to your Inbox.
Navigate to the conversation with the number you'd like to blacklist.
In the top right corner, click the three small dots.
Then, select "Block Number"
When a phone number is blacklisted (blocked) you will not receive any further communication from this number. If you would like to have a phone number removed from the blacklist at any point, you can click on the black banner where it says "unblock" or click on the three dots in the top right and select "unblock number."
