The Clientbook Mobile Number Validator is a tool that helps our clients verify the validity of mobile phone numbers. It checks if a number is correctly formatted, if it corresponds to an active mobile network, and sometimes even the location or carrier associated with it. This helps ensure that contact information is accurate and reduces issues with missed communications.
Numbers are validated after the first message has been sent to the customer. A number that has not yet been validated will have no indicator next to the number.
Verified numbers that have been validated will show a green check mark next to the phone number.
Invalid numbers will show a red X next to the phone number in the client profile.
Once a number has been marked as invalid, you will not be able to message the client without updating their contact information to a new phone number for re-validation.
