Message Templates can be a great tool to help you send a personalized message, but not have to draft the entire message yourself. Anyone with Manager or Admin access to clientbook can create new templates to help you be more efficient in your Clientbook messaging. To see our article with more details on the creation of new templates, click here.
Once a template is created, any team member can then access this template when messaging customers.
To access an already created template, navigate to the inbox tab of your dashboard.
You can now search for the client (if they have an existing message thread), or click the start message button to draft a new message to a client.
Once looking at a customer message thread, you can select the templates icon from within the textbox (the templates icon is the little messaging bubble).
Once in the templates page, you'll see the list of your current templates. Click on any of these template options, and it will drop the template into the message thread.
Once the template is selected and in the text box, you can then edit the message, or send as is.
Templates in Mobile: If you are trying to add a template in the mobile app, you can follow these same steps listed above. Navigate to the inbox tab, find or create the customer you are wanting to message, select the template icon in the text box, and then choose the template you are wanting to insert.
