Feature Available on Plan: Elite
Admins now have the ability to control associate permissions, ensuring that staff can only access client profiles and conversations for the clients they are specifically assigned to. This feature serves multiple purposes: enhancing privacy, bolstering security, and streamlining the interface. By limiting associate visibility, associates can focus their attention on cultivating and nurturing relationships with their clients.
How to Enable the Advanced Associate Permissions Setting:
Log in to your Clientbook account through the web dashboard.
Click your profile icon in the top right corner.
Click Settings.
Click General Settings in the left navigation panel.
Enable Limit Associate Visibility by toggling the setting on.
Click Save.
What will this look like for associates?
Messaging:
Associates will have access to their personal inbox, exclusively displaying conversations with assigned clients. When attempting to initiate a conversation with an unassigned client, they can search by name but will receive a pop-up indicating that they do not have access to that client.
Client Search:
The Clients page displays a list of the associates assigned clients. When searching for an unassigned client, associates will receive a pop-up indicating that they do not have access to that client.
Additionally, the client "Quick Information" icon will be disabled for unassigned associates.
