Associate Assignments help your staff stay organized and build strong relationships with their clients. When assigned to clients, associates can view their personal client list, see upcoming reminders, auto messages, and active sales opportunities for the clients they’re working with.
If Clientbook is integrated with your point of sale, associates will be automatically assigned to clients they’ve completed transactions with. However, there may be times when associates need to manually assign themselves to clients. Follow the steps below to bulk assign associates to clients.
Log in to the Clientbook Dashboard (Desktop) and follow the steps below:
1. Click the Clients tab.
2. Check the boxes of the clients you would like to assign. Then select Bulk Actions in blue at the top of the list.
4. Click Edit Associates.
5. This will take you to a list of your associates. Check the boxes of the associates you would like to assign to the selected client(s).
- A filled in circle next to the associates name means they are already assigned to all of the selected clients.
- A half-filled circle means that the associate is already assigned to some of the clients who have been selected.
- An empty circle means that the associate is not currently assigned to any of the selected clients.
6. Scroll to the bottom of the list and click on Save.
