Associate Assignments help your staff organize their book of business and build lasting relationships with their clients. When assigned to clients, associates can view their personal client list, see upcoming reminders, auto messages, and active sales opportunities for the clients they are working with.
If Clientbook is integrated with your point of sale, then associates will be automatically assigned to any clients they have completed a transaction with. Still, there will be times when associates may need to manually assign themselves to clients. Follow the steps below to bulk assign associates to clients.
Log in to the Clientbook Dashboard and follow the steps below:
1. Click on the Manage tab.
2. Click on Clients.
3. Check the boxes of the clients you would like to assign.
4. Click on Edit Associates.
5. This will take you to a list that contains each of your associates. Check the boxes of the ones you would like to assign to the selected client(s).
- A check box means that the associate is currently assigned to all clients in the selected list.
- A (-) means the associate is assigned to one or more of the clients in the selected list, but not all.
6. Scroll to the bottom of the list and click on Save.
