Streamline Profile Creation and Enhance Client Engagement
Kiosk Mode is a convenient feature available exclusively on the iOS version of the Clientbook mobile app. This tool allows your clients to create their own profiles in-store, making it easier for you to gather valuable client information while ensuring a seamless, branded experience that aligns with your store’s aesthetic.
Using Kiosk Mode, you can:
- Add new clients effortlessly as they visit your store.
- Gather important information about clients, such as life events, brand preferences, and areas of interest.
- Enable clients to opt-in to marketing messages, keeping them informed about your latest news, promotions, and special offers.
Whether you're looking to streamline client profile creation or enhance your communication strategy, Kiosk Mode is a powerful tool to help you achieve these goals.
Accessing Kiosk Mode
To access Kiosk Mode:
- Navigate to the Today page in the Clientbook iOS mobile app.
- Tap the paper icon in the top left corner of the screen.

Customizable Kiosk Mode
If your store is on the Elite Plan, you can further customize Kiosk Mode to collect additional client details, including:
- Physical address
- Email address
