How do I set up Kiosk Mode?

The Kiosk Mode feature is a convenient tool that can be utilized on your mobile app to allow clients to create profiles for themselves when they visit your store. This powerful feature can be customized to reflect your unique brand image, ensuring a seamless customer experience that aligns with your brand's aesthetic.

By opting in to messaging through Kiosk Mode, your clients can stay up-to-date with the latest news, promotions, and special offers. So, whether you're looking to streamline your store's profile creation process or enhance your brand's communication strategy, Kiosk Mode is a valuable tool that can help you achieve your goals.

Follow the steps below to customize Kiosk Mode for your mobile app.

1. To locate the Kiosk Settings page, click on your profile picture located on the very far right corner of the Dashboard. Click on Settings. 

2. Click on the Kiosk Settings button located on the far left side of the page. 

3. Customize your Kiosk! When you've finished customizing your Kiosk, click Save. 

   • Brand Logo: File type must be JPG or PNG
     
     
   • Logo Shape: Choose between square or circle
     
     
   • Background Type: You can choose a solid color or upload an image
     
     
   • Background Color: If you chose "color" in the Background Type field, choose a color
     
     
   • Background Image: If you chose "Image" in the Background Type field, upload an image
     
     
   • Intro Title: What would you like your introductory phrase to be?
     
     
   • Form Title: This is the title at the top of the form your client will fill out.
     
     
   • Top Section Header: This is the header for the top section of the form that includes first/last name, mobile number, and the optional birthday and anniversary fields.
     
     
   • Bottom Section Header: This is the header for the bottom section of the form that includes tags the client can choose from.
     
     
   • Opt-in Title: Choose a title for the opt-in checkbox
     
     
   • Button Text: Choose the text for the submit button on the form.
     
     
   • Complete Title: After the form is complete, what title would you like on the closing page?
     
     
   • Complete Subtitle: What would you like your closing page subtitle to say? Ex: You will hear back from us soon!

4. Now, open your Clientbook mobile app on your smartphone or tablet. Tap on the Kiosk button in the top left corner of the screen. 

Your Kiosk will now be updated! Your associates can now use the Kiosk to quickly add clients to your growing list of customers.
