It's no secret that statistics hold immense value in the world of business. Luckily, our Dashboard feature makes it easy for you to dive deep into your data and gain valuable insights. By running reports on the Dashboard, you can glean enlightening information regarding your associates' performance and activity, ultimately helping you make informed decisions that drive business growth.
Running a report on your Current Pipeline allows you to see how effectively your team is utilizing your sales process. Each report lists how many pipelines each of your associates have in each stage. To run a report on your Current Pipeline, follow the steps below:

Click on the Current Pipeline button located on the left side of the screen.

Reporting Location: Choose a reporting location. Select which store you want to extract the report from. You can also select All Stores if you want the statistics to be from each store you operate.

Opportunity Type: Select which Opportunity you want to run a report on. The default parameter is All Opportunity Types. If you are looking for a more narrow report, you can also select individual opportunities and drill down on specific stages within them.
- Stage: Filters the different stages based on the Opportunity Type selected.

Select the Associate you would like a report on. The default parameter is All Associates. Select an individual associate if you want a more concise report.

Start Date & End Date: Establish the time frame you want to report on. The system will extract all statistics found within the two dates that you choose. Click Run Report.
A table displaying the data will generate directly below the Run Report button. Click Download to save this chart to your computer.
Important: If you are running a report based on a single location, the data displayed will only pertain to clients assigned to that single location. If you have selected only one one of your business's locations and an associate works in multiple, their data will only display their opportunities for clients from the selected location.
What does this data mean?
Associate: The associate who created the Sales Opportunity.
Opportunity Type: The Sales Opportunity that was created/logged by the associate.
Stage: The current stage that the Sales Opportunity is in.
Description: The Sales Opportunity type and the date it was created.
Client: Client that the Sales Opportunity was created for.
Created Date: Date that the Opportunity was created.
Close Date: If applicable, this shows the date the Sales Opportunity closed.
Amount: This is the amount the sale is worth.
Expected Close Date: This is the date the sale is expected to close.
