The statistics never lie. Dive deep into your data by running reports on the Dashboard! Reports can give you enlightening information regarding your associate's performance and activity.
Each Auto Message sent counts as 1 in the report. You can select whether you want this report to display data on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. To run a report on Auto Messages, follow the steps below:

Click on the Auto Messages button located on the left side of the Dashboard.
Filters
Reporting Location - If your business has multiple locations, you can choose to run this report on one, or all of your different locations. The report will filter for Auto Messages sent to clients who are assigned to the selected store location.
Frequency - You can select whether your report should reveal data on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
Start Date & End Date - The dates entered will be the starting point of the report, and the ending point of the report. Data will not be represented for dates outside of the parameters chosen.

Choose a reporting location. Select which store you want to extract the report from. You can also select All Stores if you want the statistics to be from each store you operate.

Select the Frequency. You can select whether your report should reveal data on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

Establish the time frame you want the report to measure. The system will extract all statistics found within the two dates that you choose. Click Run Report.
A linear graph will generate showing the number of Auto Messages sent on each date. Hover your mouse over each of the circles in the line to get an exact number of auto messages sent on each date.
A chart displaying the same data will generate directly below the graph. Click Download to save this chart to your computer.
