The statistics never lie. Dive deep into your data by running reports on the Dashboard! Reports can give you enlightening information regarding your associate's performance and activity.
Running a report on Active Reminders allows you to see all current reminders that are assigned to your associates. Each report is filtered based on your chosen parameters and shows the date, associate, and source. To run a report on Active Reminders, follow the steps below:

Click on the Active Reminders button located on the left side of the screen.

Choose a reporting location. If you have multiple locations, you can choose to run a report on one of your locations to get specific information pertaining to that one location. This will filter for the active reminders that your associates have for clients assigned to the selected location(s).

Select which Associate you want to run a report on. The default parameter is All Associates. If you are looking for a more narrow report, you can also select individual associates.

Select a Source for the report to be based on. You can choose between the following:

Establish the time frame you want the report to measure. The system will extract all statistics found within the two dates that you choose. Click Run Report.
A table displaying the data will be generated directly below the Run Report. Click Download to save this table to your computer.
Important: Keep in mind that Active Reminders Reports display the number of Active Reminders for clients at the specified store location, not associates.
What does this data mean?
Due Date: Date that the reminder is due.
Store Name: Preferred store for the client with the active reminder.
Client: Particular client who prefers to shop at the selected store.
Description: Description that goes with the active reminder.
Associate: Associate who is assigned to the active reminder.
Source: Automation that triggered the reminder ex. Sales Triggers, Sales Opportunities or Life Events.
