Outbound vs. Inbound reports measure how your customers respond to your clienteling messages. Each report will measure the number of messages sent to clients and the number of responses received. To run a report on Outbound vs. Inbound messages, follow the steps below:
-
Click on the Inbound vs. Outbound button located on the left side of the screen.
-
Select which store you want to extract the report from. If your business has multiple locations, you can choose to run this report on one, or all of your different operating locations. The report will show the number of messages sent to/received from clients who are part of the store(s) you select.
-
Select the Frequency. You can select whether your report should reveal data on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
-
Establish the time frame you want the report to measure. The system will extract all statistics found within the two dates that you choose.
-
Click Run Report.
A linear graph will generate displaying the number of inbound messages vs outbound messages on each date. Hover your mouse over each of the little circles in each line to get an exact number for each date.
A table displaying the same data will generate directly below the graph. Click Download to save this chart to your computer.
Important: The data listed by the graph and the chart is always based solely on the selected store location(s). If an associate's number is lower than their actual performance statistics, it may be due to them working at multiple store locations and you have only one of those locations selected.
