Associate Activity reports measure the number of activities completed or logged by your associates. These reports can help you see which associates are having the most success and where your team can improve. To run a report on your Associate Activity, follow the steps below:
1. Click on the Associate Activity button located on the left side of your Dashboard.
2. Reporting Location - If your business has multiple locations, you can choose to run this report on one, or all of your different operating locations. The report will be based solely on the store(s) you select.
3. Start Date & End Date - The dates entered will be the starting point of the report, and the ending point of the report. Data will not be represented for dates outside of the parameters chosen in this field.
4. Establish a time frame you want the report to measure. The system will extract all statistics found within the two dates that you choose.
5. Click Run Report.
A chart displaying all of your Associate's activities will appear below. Click Download to save your report to your computer.
