The Leaderboard is where you can see how well your team is clienteling. It ranks all associates based on the following actions:
- Clients Added
- Client Calls
- Sent Messages
- Shared Wishlists
- Store Visits
Each of these actions only count as 1 point on the Leaderboard. There is a 1 point maximum per client each day. If inclined, you may also run a report on only 1 of the client actions or on all of them at once.
How to run a Leaderboard report:
- Choose a reporting location. Select which store you want to extract the report from. If your business has multiple locations, you can choose to run this report on one, or all of your different locations. The report will filter by activities completed for the clients assigned to the selected store location.

Choose an Action Type. Filters by the specific type of action performed by your associates.

Select a Frequency. You can select whether your report should reveal data on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
- Choose a Start Date & End Date. The dates entered will be the starting point of the report, and the ending point of the report. Data will not be represented for dates outside of the parameters chosen in this field.
A linear graph will automatically generate and show your client engagement by associate. Hover each of the little circles in each line to get an exact number for each client.
Important: The data listed by the graph and the chart is always based solely on the selected store location(s). If an associate's number is lower than their actual performance statistics, it may be due to them working at multiple store locations and you have only one of those locations selected.
