How to Add a Tag to a Client
Tags are a powerful tool for keeping track of client preferences and other important details. They can be used to segment your customer base by brands, events, interests, and more—helping you create targeted lists for marketing and clienteling.

Steps to Add a Tag

Open Clientbook and navigate to the Clients page

Select the Client: Click on the name of the client you want to add a tag to.

Add a Tag: In the client’s profile, locate the Tags section and tap or click the + icon.

Choose your Tags and Save: Search for existing tags, then click the circles next to the tag titles to add them to the client’s profile. You can select multiple tags at one time.

Dashboard - Hit the "Save" button to add your tags to the client's profile.

Mobile - Hit the back arrow to add your tags to the client's profile.

Note: If you have Manager or Admin access, you can also create a new tag directly from the app by tapping the + icon in the top right corner of the tag selection screen.

Dashboard - Hit the "Save" button to add your tags to the client's profile.

View your new Tags:
