Why Use Sales Opportunities?
Sales Opportunities help your team track and manage leads effectively, ensuring consistent follow-ups and proactive engagement to bring customers back into the store. They are especially useful for high-value products that require additional communication and effort to close a sale.
Acting as a built-in assistant, Sales Opportunities in Clientbook allows you to:
- Log client interactions
- Track progress in the sales process
- Set reminders for timely follow-ups
- Ensure no lead falls through the cracks
By customizing Sales Opportunities to match your team’s follow-up structure, you can streamline the sales process while keeping clear visibility into where each customer stands. Sales Opportunities are organized into stages, which can be tailored to reflect your specific sales process.
