What are Tags?
Tags are a great tool that can help you keep track of your clients' tastes and interests.
Here's how it works: Tags appear on client profiles with various colors in both our Dashboard and mobile app. You can label them according to your client's interests and assign them to your clients. This makes it easier for you to pinpoint which clients should receive specific marketing messages based on their inclinations. Tags can be added to client profiles in bulk with. .csv file. You can also use tags to filter your client list and create mass message audiences, making it easier for you to target specific groups of clients.
How to Create Tags
To create Tags and assign them to your clients, follow the steps below.

Locate the Tags page by clicking on the Setup tab located at the top of your Dashboard. Click on the Clients dropdown and select Tags.

Click on Add Tag located on the right side of the page.

Create a name for your tag and choose a color. Select whether you want the tag to appear in Kiosk Mode. For more information on Kiosk mode, click here.
Click Save.

To add a tag to a specific client, search for a client in the client's page.

Click on your client's name and then click on plus sign next to Tags.

Select the tag you created. That tag will be added to the client profile. Keep in mind that you can add multiple tags at a time!
