There are three different types of accounts in Clientbook, and each of them come with their own access and limitations. This article will detail the differences between each role.
Associate
Associates focus on in-store clienteling practices such as getting client information and sending messages.
Associate accounts can do the following:

Add clients

Send messages
-
Send bulk messages

Create product collections
-
Send payment requests
-
Create Reminders
-
Add Sales Opportunities (but not create them)
Limitations:
- Unable to see Unit Cost for products - only visible with Manager and Admin access
- Unable to run Dashboard reports
- Unable to send Mass Messages
- Unable to configure messaging templates & Auto Messages
- Unable to configure Payments settings or edit bank accounts
- No Access to Setup tab in Dashboard
- No Access to edit Associate or Store information
- No access to configure Clientbook account settings
Manager
Managers have access to everything listed in the Associate level and have additional access to some Dashboard features like reports, messaging configuration, and managing their teams.
Manager accounts can do everything listed in the Associates level, plus the following:

Send Mass Messages

View clienteling reports and statistics (for their store locations only)
- Create Templates
- Create and edit staff profiles
- Edit Store details
Limitations:
- Unable to edit payments information
- Setup access is limited to: edit store details, edit associate profiles/create new users, and create message templates
Administrators
Administrator have access to everything listed in Associate and Manager level with additional access to manage their Clientbook account settings and automation.
Admins can do everything listed in Associate and Manager level, plus the following:
- Manage Clientbook Payments, bank accounts, and Payments settings
- Configure Sales Triggers, Sales Opportunities, Life Events, Client Activities, and Tags
- Configure account settings including Webchat setup, Integrations, Message Settings, etc.
