Embedding the Booking Form on Your Website
The appointment form can be embedded directly on your website using an iframe.
Example embed code:
<iframe
src="https://opt-in-form.clbk.app/?merchantUuid=YOUR_MERCHANT_UUID&type=appointment"
width="100%"
height="800"
frameborder="0">
</iframe>
Contact your Clientbook representative to receive your merchant specific embed code.
Embedded Form Differences
The embedded form displays slightly differently than the direct link version.
| Feature | Direct Link | Embedded Form |
|---|---|---|
| Kiosk header | Shown | Hidden |
| Mobile date and time pickers | Native pickers | Standard dropdowns |
| Form fields | Full display | Full display |
| Functionality | Complete | Complete |
These differences are intentional to ensure the form blends seamlessly into your website and behaves consistently across devices.
