Understanding Fees Associated with Clientbook Payments
Clientbook Payments is designed to provide a seamless payment experience for your business without introducing additional monthly costs. Below, we outline the fees associated with processing payments through the platform.
Built-In Payment Processing Fees
Clientbook Payments comes at no extra cost to your subscription. The feature is included as part of your monthly Clientbook plan. However, there are standard payment processing fees deducted from each transaction:

2.49% + $0.30 per transaction
This fee is inclusive of all card processing charges and is automatically applied to each transaction.
ACH Fee for Deposits
Each payout will incur a $0.50 fee to deposit the funds into your bank account. To minimize this fee, you can adjust the frequency of your payouts. Options include weekly, monthly, or yearly payouts.
By default, payouts will occur every two to three business days. If you would like to change the payout frequency, please contact Clientbook customer support for assistance.
Pricing Agreement
While the transaction fee covers most standard costs, any other fees that may apply are detailed in your Clientbook Pricing Agreement. Please refer to this document for a comprehensive overview of any potential charges.
