This ONLY applies to Clientbook Payments (text to pay) and does not affect your subscription with Clientbook. If you are looking to update the card charged for your Clientbook subscription, reach out to billing@clientbook.com

Access the Bank Account Change Form Use the following link to access the form for updating your bank account: Bank Account Change Form

Obtain Your BlueSnap MID # You will need your BlueSnap MID # to complete the form. Reach out to Clientbook Support to request your MID #.

Complete and Submit the Form Fill out the form with your updated bank account details and include your BlueSnap MID #. Ensure all information is accurate to avoid delays.

Confirmation from Support After submitting the form, BlueSnap will process the update. Clientbook Support will notify you once the bank account change has been successfully completed.
