Feature Available on Plan: Elite
With Relationship-based Automation, Admins and Managers have access to create custom relationships that are linked to client profiles. By creating relationships, associates can link clients based on specific associations. For instance, the link between a husband and wife can be easily established through a Spouse relationship. Clients can have multiple connections, opening up a world of possibilities. These relationships are especially valuable when it comes to optimizing Life Event Auto Messages.
Example: Let's say it's Jane's upcoming birthday, and she is linked to her husband's profile through a Spouse relationship. In this scenario, you have the power to configure a birthday auto message to be sent directly to her husband, enabling him to pleasantly surprise Jane with a thoughtful birthday gift from your store!
This article provides an overview of the Relationship-based Automation feature, exclusively available in the Clientbook Elite Plan.
