By default, you will have the basic life events created in Clientbook for you. However, if there are any other types of events you'd like to reach out for on an annual basis, this is how you can easily create one.
In the dashboard, click the Setup tab at the top.
Click Clients, followed by Life events
Click Add Life Event
You can then name the life event and click Save
