Brand Image
The logo for payment requests is the same logo used for Kiosk Mode. Admins can update the payment request logo by following the steps below.
- Log in to your Dashboard account and click on the Setup section at the top.
- Select "Clients" then "Kiosk"
- Next to Brand Logo, click on Upload

Upload a new file to change your logo for Kiosk Mode and Payments.
Message Templates & Store Name
The Payment Settings page allows you to customize payment requests, reminders, and payment confirmation messages so that you can make transactions more efficient for you and your customers. Follow the instructions below to edit your payment settings.
- Log in to your Clientbook Dashboard account and click on the "Setup" section at the top.

Navigate to "Payment Links" then select "Payment Settings".

From this page, you can:
- Choose the store name displayed to your clients in the payment request details.
- Customize the message your clients receive along with their new payment link.
- Update the wording used when a payment reminder is sent to your customer.
Important: Your messages must include the placeholder :link: - If you create a message that does not include :link: it will not save and will be replaced by an error message that says "Message must include :link:".
