If you're looking for a fast and hassle-free method to handle transactions with your customers, payment requests are the perfect solution for you. They are a straightforward and efficient way to allow your customers to buy your products with ease.
To send a payment request using our mobile app, please refer to the following instructions.

Navigate to the conversation thread with the client you would like to send a payment request to. Tap on the dollar sign icon located to the right of the messaging box.

Enter the total amount and a small description of the product. You can also add multiple products if needed. Tap on Preview when finished.

A preview of the payment request will appear. Make sure all information is correct - then tap "Create Link".

The link will appear in the messaging box. Tap on the arrow icon to send it to the client.
And you're done! The payment request will then appear on the Today page and you can track the status of your payment request there.
