How to Use Client Preferences in Clientbook
Preferences are a powerful way for associates to track client interests and provide personalized product recommendations. Clientbook includes default preference fields, but admins can create additional fields tailored to your business needs.

How to Fill Out Client Preferences
The following steps apply to both the Dashboard and the mobile app. Screenshots will be provided for both platforms.

Navigate to your client's profile - Go to the Clients tab, then search & select your Client's profile.

View the client's profile details:

Dashboard: Locate the "i" icon in the top right corner of your screen & click on it.

Mobile App: Hit the "Profile" button located at the top left-hand side of your screen.

Dashboard: Locate the "i" icon in the top right corner of your screen & click on it.

Scroll down to the Preferences Section & hit "Edit"
