You can view and edit client details directly from a chat thread in the Dashboard. *This is something that is only available from the Clientbook Dashboard.
To do this, simply click on the gray circle "i" icon in the top right corner of any particular chat between you and a client.
This will bring up all of the client's information on a side bar. This includes contact information, Life Events, Upcoming Auto Messages, Payment Requests, associate assignments, etc.
Click on the Edit button in the top right corner of the Client Details to edit any information. You can also click on the clients name to view the client's entire profile.
