The Today page on our mobile app is chock-full of useful information. When you open it up, you'll be able to see all of your Reminders, Payment Requests, Daily Goals, and Sales Opportunities - basically everything you need to keep track of in one convenient spot. Plus, there's a Leaderboard where you can see how well your colleagues are doing with their clienteling efforts.
And that's not all - the Today page is also where you'll find Kiosk Mode, a handy feature that lets you interact with customers using your mobile device. It's a great tool to have in your arsenal. Click HERE to learn more about Kiosk Mode.
Read below to learn how to get the most out of your Today page:
Leaderboard
The Leaderboard is where you can see how well you and your colleagues are doing with their clienteling efforts. Staff receive points toward their Leaderboard score by performing any of the clienteling activities listed below.

Store Visits
To locate the leaderboard, tap on the Leaderboard button in the top right corner of the screen.
All associates and their score will be listed. You can choose whether you want the Leaderboard to contain the numbers for the last week or the last month.
Important: If you are an administrator or manager, you can run a report on the Dashboard to get further insights into the clienteling activities performed by your associates. To learn more about running Leaderboard Reports, click here.
Daily Goals
Your team's Daily Goals are listed directly below the Leaderboard. Daily Goals is handy section that shows how many Client Contacts each associate should strive for each day. And here's the cool part - every time an associate reaches out to a client, it counts towards their daily goal.
So if you're looking to hit your team's Daily Goals and make a big impact, start reaching out to those clients! With every conversation, you'll be one step closer to hitting your targets and making your team proud.
These goals can be set by a Manager or Administrator on the Dashboard. Click here to learn how to set your team's daily goal.
Payment Requests
When you send a payment request through Clientbook, you'll be able to see its status right on the Today page. Whether it's been paid or not, you'll always know what's going on with your requests.
Now, before you can start sending payment requests, you'll need to make sure you've added a bank account through the Dashboard. Once you've got that set up, you'll be good to go and can start sending payment requests with ease.

To view all Payment Requests, tap on View All.
Reminders
Reminders will pop up on the Today page to help you remember any pending actions you need to take. And here's the best part - you can create reminders manually or set them up to generate automatically using our Auto Reminder feature.

Once you've got your reminders set up, you'll be able to see them all right below the Payment Requests section on the Today page.
When you've completed a task, simply tap on the little circle to mark it as done. Want to see all your reminders at once? Just tap on View All to get a comprehensive list.
Sales Opportunities
Active Sales Opportunities are located right below the Reminders section on the Today page and lists all upcoming orders and opportunities to make a sale.
But here's the best part - you can customize the name of this section to better fit the mindset and culture of your company. For example, in the screenshots below, we've changed the name to Special Orders. And the process of changing the name is super easy - just click here to learn how to do it.
By personalizing the Sales Opportunities section, you'll be able to stay motivated and focused on your goals. And with all your upcoming orders and opportunities listed in one spot, you'll never miss a chance to make a sale.
To view the client that the Sales Opportunity is for, tap on the card.
To view all upcoming and overdue Sales Opportunities, tap on View All.
Daily Training
At the very bottom of the Today page is the Daily Training section. This is where Clientbook posts tips and tricks for clienteling that can help your team learn more about Clientbook and our features. Tap on View All to see all training videos.
