Client profiles allow you to view upcoming and past appointments in one place, giving associates and managers full context before, during, and after each visit. You can also create new appointments directly from a client’s profile.
Finding Appointments on a Client Profile
Appointments appear in two areas of the client profile, depending on whether they are upcoming or in the past.
Quick View Tab – Upcoming Appointments
The Quick View tab includes an Appointments section that displays:
Upcoming scheduled appointments
Appointment date, time, and status
A + button to create a new appointment
A VIEW ALL button to open the full appointment list for that client
If the client has no upcoming appointments, the section will display “No Appointments.”
Activity Tab – Past Appointments
The Activity tab shows a chronological timeline of client interactions, including appointment activity such as:
Completed appointments
Cancelled appointments
No shows
Rescheduled appointments
Events are grouped by date, with the most recent activity displayed at the top.
