Collections are a powerful tool that allows you to group products on client profiles, making it easier for your team to track client interests and preferences. They also enable seamless product sharing with clients via messaging, helping to personalize their shopping experience.
Collections can be created and shared from both the Clientbook mobile app and the Dashboard. Follow the steps below to learn how to create and manage collections. To learn how to share a collection, click here!
Updating & Creating New Collections
The following steps apply to both the Dashboard and the mobile app. Screenshots will be provided for both platforms.

Navigate to your client's profile - Go to the Clients tab, then search & select your Client's profile.

Navigate to the Collections page:

Edit an existing collection: Add or remove products from the collection.

Dashboard: Click the arrow to the right of the collection name to open it.

Mobile App: Simply click on the name of the collection to open it!

Add products to the collection:
The remaining steps are the same for updating an existing collection and creating a new collection.-

Select products: Select the items that would best suit your client's interests.

Mobile App: You can pick from your existing products/inventory and from vendor product catalogs (if applicable - click here to learn more)
- Note: Tapping on a product will cause it to automatically add to the collection. This means that only 1 product can be added at a time
