The Products page is where you can view and filter a list of all products that have been added to Clientbook. If your point of sale is integrated with Clientbook, your products will be automatically uploaded. Additionally, associates can upload products manually either through a CSV or via the app.
Using the Products page, you can search for specific products to send to your clients or add to their Clientbook collection. Below is an overview of your product page on the Clientbook Dashboard (Web).
Inventory
It’s important to note that Clientbook is not a Point of Sale (POS) system and is not intended for inventory management. Instead, Clientbook is designed to help you easily share and recommend products to your clients.

- In Stock: Shows your in-stock products.

All Products: Shows you all products in Clientbook.
Filter
To view your filter options locate the funnel icon then select your desired parameters and tap Apply Filter.
- Brands: Allows you to filter by specific product brands.
- Categories: Allows you to filter by specific product categories.
Product Details
Tap on a product in your list to view the product details page. From this page, you can edit the product information, send the product to a client, or add the product to a client's Collection.

Send to a client in a message:
1. To share the product with your client tap the message bubble icon located in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
- Please note, that this option is only available for products with images
2. Search & select the client you want to share this product with.
3. Hit send!

Add to a Collection:
1. To add the product to your client's collection tap the file icon located in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
2. Search & select the client you want to share this product with.
3. Select the existing collection you want to add the product to.

4. Hit save!

Edit Product Details:
1. To edit the product details tap the pencil icon located in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
2. Update the necessary information.
4. Hit save!
Vendor Catalogs
Any vendor catalogs you have enabled in Clientbook will appear on the left-hand side, directly below the inventory options.
