The Client Activity feature enables you to track activity history with your clients and create automated triggers to help you engage with your clients more frequently and drive future business. For example, if a client visits your store, you can set up an automated message to be sent when that action is performed.
To set up Client Activities for your staff, follow the steps below.

Click on the Setup tab located at the top of your Dashboard screen. Then click on the Sales dropdown, and select Client Activity.

All of your Client Activities will be listed here.

Your account will come with a default template of Client Activities. To create a new activity, click on Add Client Activity.

Create a name for your Activity.
You can choose whether you want to allow notes or allow the activity to be scored. Here's what those buttons mean:
Allow Notes: This allows your associates to add a note to the activity when adding it to a client profile. This allows your staff to provide more context around the activity that was performed.
Allow to be Scored: This allows the activity to count towards the Client Engagement Leaderboard. Click here to learn more about the Leaderboard.

Click on Save.

Once saved, you can now build out the automated process that you want to have happen once this activity is added to a customer's profile. You will be able to choose between Auto Messages and Reminders.

Create the details of your Auto Message or Auto Reminder.
Auto Reminder: If you are creating an Auto Reminder, create a name for it. Ex. "Send a Thank-You Message to :client:".
- Same Day/Push it Out: You can then choose whether you want this reminder to generate the same day that the activity was added to a client profile, or push it out x number of days/weeks/months.
- Repeats: You can set the reminder to repeat every x number of days/weeks/months.
- Turn on Expiration: Turning on expiration allows overdue reminders to automatically go away after a certain amount of time.
- Message Template: Add message templates for reminders where an associate needs to message a client. When completing this reminder, your associates will have the option to use the template you created.
Auto Message: If you are sending an Auto Message, write a message. This message will be automatically sent to the client.
- Write a message: This is the message that will send to the client. You can use our autofill options to help your automated message feel more personal and less general. Those autofill options will insert the first name of the associate or client, your store name, or the Google review link we have set up for your store.
- Same Day/Push it Out: After creating a client activity, how soon should the message send? you can choose to have the message sent on the same day the activity was added to the client profile, or push it out x number of days/weeks/months.
- Repeats: You can set the message to go out every x number of days/weeks/months from the date the activity was added to the client profile.

Once done adding your Auto Messages and/or Reminders, click on Save. These client activities will now be available to be added under the Activity tab of a customer's profile.
