After clicking send on a message, you may notice a "delivery failed" icon in red notifying you that the message failed to deliver. There are a handful of different reasons as to why messages fail to deliver to customers. Some main reasons are:
- The phone number was entered incorrectly
- The number you are messaging is a landline or is no longer an active number.
- If media was attached, the size of your media could have exceeded the 1 MB size requirement.
Sometimes, getting to the bottom of why a message is going undelivered is a simple answer like file size. On the other hand, there can be some troubleshooting that needs to be done by our support team. With there being a large amount of error codes and reasons for why messages go undelivered, it is recommended that you reach out to our Support Team if you notice messages are going undelivered. That way, we can get your messaging back to normal as quickly as possible.
