Bulk actions are a powerful tool for managing multiple client profiles efficiently, and they’re available on both the mobile app and the Dashboard. While the Dashboard offers fewer bulk action options compared to the mobile app, both platforms provide valuable ways to streamline your workflow and save time.
Follow the steps below to explore and utilize bulk actions on each platform.
Mobile App

Navigate to the Clients Tab and Filter Your Client List (Optional)
- Navigate to the Clients tab in the mobile app.
- Use the funnel icon to filter your client list if you need to narrow down specific groups of clients.

Click the Select button in the top corner of your screen.

Choose the clients you want to include - then hit the Bulk Action button.

Choose a Bulk Action
- Assign to You: Assign the selected clients to yourself immediately upon choosing this option.

Send Review Link: Send a review request message to each client with this option.
Important:
- The review link that is sent out will be based on each client's "preferred store" location
- The message will use default wording and cannot be edited when sent this way. -
Add Tag: Apply a tag to the selected client profiles for better organization.
Note:
- The tag will be applied immediately once selected.
- Only one tag can be added at a time -
Send Message: Send the same message to multiple clients at once.
Note: This does not create a group chat — the message is sent individually to each client. Important: Bulk messaging can be tricky; for detailed guidance, refer to these resources:

Create Reminder: Create a one-time reminder for the selected clients.

Add Client Activity: Log an activity or leave a note for the selected clients.
Note: The activities available depend on what your admins have created in the Dashboard.

Set Preference: Update a preference for the selected clients.
Important:
- The preference will apply to all selected profiles. For example, if you set “shoe size” to “7,” all selected clients will have their shoe size updated to “7.”

Choose the clients you want to include - then hit the Bulk Action button.

- Edit Associates: Assign yourself or one of your associates to a client.

Edit Tags: Apply or remove a tag from selected client profiles
- Note: Multiple tags can be added, or removed, at once.
