Whenever you send a payment request, you can track the payment status in the Dashboard and mobile app.
View payment request statuses by following the steps below:

Open your Dashboard account.

Click on the Payments tab.

Click on Payment Activity.
All payment requests and their statuses will be listed here. You can filter payment requests by bank account to narrow the list.
You can also view payment statuses in messages with clients. When they view the request, it will notify you next to the request bubble. It will change statuses automatically when the request has been paid.
