Reminders are a valuable tool for associates to effectively manage their clients and achieve their clienteling goals. These reminders can be automatically added to client profiles through Sales Triggers, Sales Opportunities, Life Events, and other automated features. Alternatively, associates can manually add reminders to client profiles. To manually add reminders to a client profile using the Dashboard, follow the instructions below.

Click on the Clients tab at the top of the Dashboard.

Search for the client profile you want to add a reminder to. Click on their name.

Scroll down to the Reminders section of the Quick View tab. Click on the + sign.

Choose an associate that this reminder should be assigned to. Your name will appear in the Assign an Associate field by default, but can be changed.
If you would like to reassign the reminder at a later date, simply click the pencil icon "assigned to me" and select the associate you would like for the reminder to reassigned to. -
Write a Description. Ex. "Send Ashley a Birthday Coupon". The description should be what you would like to be reminded about. Think of these as digital sticky notes.

Choose when you want to be reminded. This can be a specific date or a time period from the date the reminder was created.
- Specific Date: Select a specific date for the reminder to be due.
- Time Period: Choose a time period for the reminder to be due based on the date the reminder was created. You can also set the reminder to repeat. ex. if you select "2 weeks" the reminder will be due 2 weeks from date it was created - if the reminder Is set to repeat, it will be due every 2 weeks.
- Specific Date: Select a specific date for the reminder to be due.
- Click on Save. And you're done! This reminder will now show on the client profile and also on your Today page when the reminder is due.
